  1. My payment was due on 12/7. I could NOT get online to pay on HMFUSA.com, I still can’t it keeps saying “Page not available,” or freezes. I finally accessed my account via HMFUSA.org. So my PAYMENT IS LATE!!! If I remember correctly, the same happened last month. Also on 12/7, I tried via phone a number of times but it was “high call volume!!!” This is not fair. I have a excellent credit and I don’t need it to look like I’m late paying anything. Please respond and let me know how to resolve this for the future. BTW – when I try to download the app onto my iPhone, there are so many that I’m not sure which one it is.
    I would like this issue reflected in my account and I would like confirmation of that. I tried to pay on 12/7.
